The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has deemed that an alleged skydiving sex tape recorded by Alex Torres did not break any of the organisation’s rules.
There had been concern that the pilot might have been distracted by what was happening in the plane, but video footage apparently demonstrates that this was not the case.
The video allegedly shows Torres and a woman named Hope Howell having sex in a plane, then continuing as they perform a skydive, then finishing once they’re on the groun. The video has been sporadically posted online and there are unconfirmed reports that a bidding war has erupted for the rights.
The aim of the video isn’t entirely clear, but if it was released in an attempt to gain attention then it has probably worked. Torres has reportedly been inundated with job offers since the video went viral online earlier this month.
