Utah man Michael Selleneit allegedly shoots neighbour Tony Pierce over ‘telepathic threats’

A Utah man has been accused of shooting his neighbour, who he says ‘telepathically threatened’ him. Michael Selleneit, 53, allegedly shot Tony Pierce, 41, in the back and the leg on Sunday.

Pierce has undergone emergency surgery, which included removing his spleen. His condition was recently upgraded to stable but he remains hospitalised. It’s reported that he was working in his yard at the time he was shot.

Michael Selleneit allegedly claims that Pierce has telepathically threatened him and telepathically raped his wife. He allegedly claims he acted in self-defence. It’s reported that he mistakenly believed Pierce was trying to break into his trailer at the time of the shooting.
