Daniel Andrew Zeller and Phillip Clyde Williams accused of holding torture victim hostage for three days

Two Californian men from San Luis Obispo have been accused of abducting and holding hostage another man. The men, Daniel Andrew Zeller and Phillip Clyde Williams, allegedly grabbed the man – who has not been named – last week and held him for three days until he manged to escape.

The man was beaten, burned and stabbed during his ordeal. His abductors allegedly burned him with a blowtorch, beat him with a hammer, and stabbed him with a fork before he managed to get free and run for help.

It’s not clear why the man was abducted and held in this way, although the victim was apparently known to the alleged abductors. The victim led police back to the isolated rural house where he had been held.
