Is Twilight’s birthing scene giving people epileptic seizures?

There’s a rumour going around online suggesting that a small number of people have suffered epileptic seizures, allegedly after seeing the ‘birth scene’ in the new Twilight film. Could it be true, or are people just really keen to get out of the theatre?

The scene in question involves flashes of red, white and black light, as Bella gives birth to her vampire sprog. So while you might want to be careful, it’s probably safe for the rest of us to go and see Twilight: Breaking Dawn. I’ve seen it. I didn’t have a fit. There you go…
