Ed Miliband makes Blackbusters gaffe while commenting on Bob Holness death

Labour leader Ed Miliband expressed his sadness today following that Blockbusters host Bob Holness has died, but a bit of a fuss has erupted after Miliband allegedly misspelled the name of the show as Blackbusters.

Twitter has an ability to blow up the most ludicrous controversies, and it’s clear that Miliband (or whoever updates his Twitter account) made a fairly simple mistake. Nevertheless, certain people have decide that this is worth making a fuss.

The whole thing is the lates part of Ed Miliband’s pretty awful start to 2012. The Labour leader isn’t really doing too well this year so far, although it’s early days and he still has time to turn it around.
